Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Bond, a service operated by Memriq Holdings, Inc. ("Memriq", "we"). By using Bond you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information and the information you keep about other people.

What Bond is, and what it is not

Bond is a personal assistant for your relationships. It remembers the people in your life and the things that matter to them, and helps you follow through with reminders, gift ideas and suggestions that you act on through Memriq's Helm. Bond is not a social network: nobody else sees your Bond. It never contacts anyone in your life on your behalf and never buys anything for you. Its suggestions are produced with the help of AI models and can be wrong or incomplete; check anything that matters before you rely on it.

Who can use it

Bond is in an invitation-only early access period. You need a Memriq account and an invitation that has been accepted for Bond — joining the waiting list and being invited, or redeeming an invitation code. An invitation is personal; do not share or sell it.

What you put into Bond

Add only information you have learned in the ordinary course of your own relationships. Do not use Bond to track, monitor, harass or build a profile of anyone for any purpose other than being a better friend, partner or family member to them. Bond keeps only what you typed or chose to keep from a source you connected, and it never guesses anything about anyone's health or other sensitive matters.

Bond acting for you

How far Bond may act without asking you first is your setting, and Bond tells you what a setting allows before you choose it. At every setting Bond never contacts the people in your life. You remain responsible for anything you approve Bond to do.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us at hi@memriq.ai if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Early access

Bond is new. Features may change, pause or be removed, and it may be unavailable at times. It is provided as it is, without promises that it will be error-free or that every reminder will arrive.

Price

Bond has a free level and a paid level; what each includes is shown in Bond's settings under Plan. During early access no payment is taken. If that changes, we will tell you before you are asked to pay, and you will not be charged without agreeing.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Memriq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for a missed date, or for decisions you make using Bond's reminders or suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility the law does not let us limit.

Ending

You can stop using Bond at any time, delete a person or everything in your Bond, and ask us to close your account, as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend an account that misuses Bond as described above, and we may end early access, or your access, with notice where we can give it.
